Upon our receiving your inquiry, we will contact you with pricing and venue availability for your desired date. Once we receive your confirmation to move forward, we will then send you a Facility Use Agreement. You then have 15 days to return the signed contract along with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the base facility rental fees. You can schedule a walkthrough of the facilities at any time. * Please note that your organization must also make arrangements with our exclusive in-house caterer. You will receive a separate contract from them.
