School Reservation Form

This link is ONLY to book a 2-hour guided or self-guided tour, no simulation is included. Our calendar fills up quickly, so please provide three dates that work best for your group.
We allow 50 students daily. If you have more than that, please submit the link for as many dates as you need to book. We also ask that you make a note in the note section, so we know the second submission isn't a duplicate.

 NOTE:
  • We accept one form of payment for the entire group on the day of your visit (cash, credit card or check). If you pay by check, we cannot offer refunds or credits. Any amount not used by exhibit fees or audios will be considered a donation.
  • Teachers are considered adult chaperones, so count ALL teachers first before adding parents (One-on-one special needs aides are never included in the ratio but must be declared at time of booking.) Our ratio is 1 adult per 5 students for grades K-2 and 1 adult per 10 students for grades 3-12.
  • If you’ve chosen a guided tour and have additional adults beyond our ratios, they MUST self-guide separately from the guided student tour. There are no exceptions.
  • Tour options: Free two-hour guided or self-guided tour of the Reagan Museum and/or entry into the special exhibit (additional fee applies).
  • No guided tours for homeschool OR K - 2nd grade.
